Well it’s kind of sort of reportedly allegedly Jay-Z has vowed to retire the word “bitch” from his vocabulary, his rhymes and his career. In the poetic adieu he proclaims the “degradation has passed” and is replacing the “bitch” in “I Got 99 Problems But A Bitch Ain’t One” with the word “lady.” I guess rapping hard lyrics took a reshape at the advent of his baby daughter’s birth B.I.C. It’s similar to how Madonna changed her stance on wardrobe when her daughter Lourdes turned adolescent. Having a child that you adore will make you think clearer as a human being living in this chaotic world of contradictions.
Here’s Jay-Z’s follow-up poem to “Glory”:

Whether this is a real or a fake poem it certainly is refreshing to have a famous rapper like Jay-Z herald the stop to the ‘degradation’ of women. The misogyny in hip-hop culture has gone too far. It’s the similar attitude of Tupac’s when he rapped ‘We went from brothers and sisters to niggas and bitches’ in “When Thugz Cry.”
There are far too many idiots on Twitter writing about how this girl is such a hoe. Women calling themselves bad bitches like it’s a compliment? I’m getting sick of hearing the saying “Hip-hop took the sting of the word nigga.” No, it’s actually desensitized us from the word, well except when white people use the word. Now we have to deal with the Kreayshawns and who gets to use the words nigga and bitch.
