If she would spend more time and money in the recording studio than in the plastic surgery room maybe she’d be more successful than Nicki Minaj. It’s really sad that Lil Kim is obsessed and insecure about her image.  TMZ says that she’s even having trouble talking because of the tightening of her face. #fail
